The programme
The venue announces regular Yoga Qi Flow sessions, notably on Mondays and Fridays. This is not a daily programme included by default. Check the schedules during your stay and the conditions for signing up for classes.
Accommodation and meals
Six double rooms with private bathrooms can accommodate up to thirteen people. The vegetarian kitchen is shared: you prepare your meals there. A saltwater pool completes the common areas.
