INEA Yoga
In Agios Georgios, in southern Corfu, INEA Yoga welcomes retreats in a family house transformed into a practice centre. The proposal combines yoga, meditation and a stay near the Ionian Sea.

The programme
Several approaches are offered according to the retreats, from gentle practices to movement and breathing sessions. Check the teacher’s name and daily content. Programme titles are not enough to know their intensity.
