Who is it for?
The centre welcomes beginners and those who already practise. First, choose the format and dates; the winter programme requires joining the group for a set period.
The programme
From May to September, the ‘Guest House Style’ option allows flexible arrival dates with a minimum of three nights. From October to February, the announced retreats last six days and five nights, on fixed dates. Teacher training sessions are also on the programme.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation ranges from dormitories to private rooms. Meals are plant-based. Specify your room choice and dietary needs when registering, because group packages and stays with flexible dates are organised differently.
