Who is it for?
For an organiser wanting to distribute their participants across several accommodations in Auvergne. Check the distances between cottages and practice rooms, and the conditions of booking for exclusive use if several groups can be present.
The spaces and practices
You need to arrange your programme and facilitators. For a yoga retreat, ask which practice rooms are available, how many mats they can hold and what equipment is provided. Do not infer these details from the number of beds alone.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation is spread across several independent holiday cottages. The quote must specify the reserved buildings, rooms, and accessible kitchens for the group, as well as the organisation of meals and cleaning.
