Who is it for?
The venue welcomes yoga, meditation, Qigong or movement projects. The minimum announced to organise a retreat is ten participants. The accommodation capacity is twenty people in total, including teachers and facilitators: remember to count the teachers in your room allocation.

The spaces and practices
You bring your project, your facilitators and your rhythm. The pagoda of 70 m² can accommodate up to twenty people for yoga or a circle. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets and cushions are listed as available on site. Before finalising your programme, clarify the usage slots and services included in the quote with the team.
Accommodation and meals
Ten rooms each have their own bathroom, with double or separate beds depending on the configuration. Vegetarian meals use produce from the estate’s vegetable gardens and local growers. Vegan alternatives and certain dietary adaptations are offered on request. Confirm your group’s dietary needs with the host in advance.

The venue is located in the countryside of southern Alentejo. On site, a bathing pool filtered by plants, a library, and outdoor spaces allow for varied breaks. Confirm the conditions for exclusive hire: the site also welcomes individual travellers.
