Embody Your Yoga is a retreat by My Yogic Adventure in Lakhushdi, in Upper Svaneti. The stay combines yoga practice, hikes, and discovery of rural Georgian life, in a village near Mestia.

Who is it for?
Yoga is announced for all levels, but excursions require a love of mountain walking. Ask about the difficulty of the outings and the next dates before preparing your trip to Georgia.
The programme
Marija teaches Hatha yoga with a focus on movement, alignment, and breathing. Two daily sessions are planned on a meadow facing the mountains; in case of bad weather, meditation and breathing can be done indoors.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation is provided in a family setting, with rooms and communal spaces. Meals are prepared by the hosts. Confirm the sanitary facilities of your room and food possibilities when signing up.
