Les Reflets Roz

The venue

In Plœuc-l’Hermitage, Côtes-d’Armor, Céline and Sébastien welcome groups to the Reflets Roz. The stone houses overlook the garden; further away, the pond, trees and river surround the practice and rest areas. The estate covers 4,4 hectares.

During a retreat, the four bedrooms, the dome, the hosts’ dining service, the kitchen, the mezzanine and the garden are reserved for the group, with no other guests on site. The wood-fired Nordic hot tub and sauna are also included in the exclusive hire.

The practice

The dome is installed in the woods, near the river. With a diameter of 7 metres, it offers approximately 40 m² for practice. Its wood stove allows it to be heated all year round. It comfortably accommodates 10 people, including the teacher, for yoga; up to 12 participants and an instructor for floor-based practices, such as sound baths.

Twelve Chin Mudra mats, twelve bolsters, twelve straps and cork blocks are provided at no extra charge. The dome is accessible, except on Mondays from 18 h 30 to 20 h 30.

Sessions with Céline, optional

Organisers come with their programme and instructors. They can also call on Céline for a hatha yoga session adapted to beginners or regular practitioners, yin yoga, a sound journey or a gong bath. Allow €100 per yoga session and €130 per sound journey or gong bath, for the group. Her sessions are held in French.

Accommodation

The house has four rooms and ten individual beds: two rooms with two single beds, and two rooms with two single beds supplemented by an extra bed. The rooms are shared, but each person has their own bed. The teacher or organiser is included in this capacity of ten people.

When at least eight paying participants book, the organiser stays free under the group’s package, provided a bed remains available.

Additional accommodation

For groups of 10 to 12 participants, the hosts arrange additional accommodation no more than ten minutes away. When necessary to accommodate the group, its cost is included in the package. If requested for more privacy — rooms limited to two people or a single room for the organiser — it is charged as an extra, at cost price. The distribution and organisation of trips are to be agreed upon in the quote.

The meals

Sébastien prepares vegetarian cuisine on site, with mostly local and seasonal produce. Meal times are agreed with the organiser to adapt to the sessions.

Vegan and gluten-free meals can be prepared at no extra charge. A long, entirely vegan stay must be discussed in advance. For allergies, possibilities are examined on a case-by-case basis: the kitchen does not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination, particularly for severe allergies or coeliac disease.

Between sessions

The garden, the surroundings of the pond and the mezzanine allow you to meet or spend a moment apart. The Nordic hot tub and sauna are included, with one heating session per day; any extra heating must be included in the quote.

The venue has welcomed travellers in guest rooms since 2025. The hosting of retreats begins with the opening of the dome at the end of summer 2026.

Rates and conditions

The rate is per person per night, with exclusive use of the estate: from €80 in half-board, with breakfast and dinner, or from €95 in full-board, with three meals. The amount varies according to the season and days of the week. Billing is based on a minimum of eight participants; the quote specifies the services and any additional costs.

Booking and cancellation

A deposit of 30 %, non-refundable in case of cancellation, confirms the booking. The balance is due at the latest thirty days before arrival. Any cancellation after this deadline makes the total amount of the stay payable.

A reduction in the number of participants reported at least one week before the stay is taken into account, with a minimum of eight participants charged. Rooms booked off site remain non-refundable. The conditions for a postponement or a later modification are to be discussed directly with the hosts.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is usually from 17 h. Rooms must be vacated at 11 h on the last day; the dome and the estate remain accessible afterwards to finish the stay with a practice. Arrangements are possible on a quote basis, with or without a supplement depending on the request.
