Who is it for?
For organisers wishing to bring a group together at a venue hired exclusively, with the possibility of catering and practice spaces. Define the accommodation, rest times, and specific needs before confirming the booking.
Not suitable in these cases: You want a guided programme automatically included in the venue rental.
The spaces and practices
The venue operates with exclusive booking, without another group being accommodated during the event according to the official site. A YAY programme page describes a practice room of approximately 130 m²: configuration, capacity, and equipment are to be reconfirmed with the venue.
You bring your programme and facilitators. A separate calendar also lists stays open to individual bookings; a listing does not mean that Retreatorium has approved its teaching, supervision or conditions.
Accommodation and meals
The venue announces accommodation for up to 17 people, with seven rooms and an additional accommodation called La Gare du Moulin. The distribution of single and double beds must be confirmed for your group.
Vegetarian or vegan meals can be prepared on site using fresh, organic and local produce, according to the website. An equipped kitchen is also available for self-catering; specify your chosen arrangement in the quote.
On site and in the surrounding area
The park and the river are part of the estate. The website indicates train access to Auneau, then a final taxi or transfer link to be arranged. Check the schedules and transfer arrangements for your dates.
