Who is it for?
For an organiser who wants to bring their group together in the Basque hills. The quote should distinguish between accommodation, meals, cleaning, and additional services, especially if you plan a self-managed stay.
The programme
You prepare the programme for your group: sessions, free time, and any outings. Ask for the actually usable surface area of the room, the available equipment, and the access hours before setting the number of participants.
Accommodation and meals
The presentation of the venue mentions several rooms, an equipped kitchen, and relaxation facilities. Confirm the bed and bathroom arrangements, as well as the conditions for using the pool and spa.
