Who is it for?
The venue is suitable for those who really want to slow down, in an intimate and peaceful setting, whether it’s a first retreat or a regular return to calm. Exchanges can take place in French, Spanish, English or Portuguese.
The programme
“Retour à Soi” lasts three days and two nights, for just four to eight people, so that Fabiana has time for each person.
The stay combines a time to take stock of where you are, exercises around emotions, four guided meditations (for example on the five wounds of the soul), Yoga Nidra, silent walks in the garden, and real times of silence. A session of energy therapy is offered as an option. Meals are vegetarian, made using produce from the garden.
The next session is scheduled for mid-November 2026, and another may take place at the end of the year.
Accommodation and meals
The house has five single rooms (one with a private bathroom), two rooms with two queen-size beds, and two rooms with a double bed (one of which has its own bathroom), plus four other bathrooms.
Shared spaces include: a reception room, a library-lounge, a large activity room of 120 m² with a winter garden, and a dining room reserved for guests. The cuisine is vegetarian, with vegetables from the garden.
On site and in the surrounding area
The surrounding Minho countryside offers: stone, climbing roses, a light-filled conservatory and a bench under the pine and medlar trees. The river and the mountain are just next door, and the Peneda-Gerês national park begins nearby.

The practices remain simple: guided meditations, Yoga Nidra, a few mantras before meditating, chosen music and walks in the garden, without membership or complicated techniques.
Fabiana was trained in Raja Yoga (Brahma Kumaris tradition, diploma obtained in Costa Rica) and also practises Maha Siddha Yoga. Casa Lotus Azul is also available for hire all year round to organisers who come with their own group, with a contract provided for this purpose; in this case, the programme and conditions are those of the organiser.
